RV Inspection

A thorough review of the systems that matter most before your next trip.

• Exterior safety lighting and battery tested
• 30/50 amp service plug inspected for damage or burn marks
• Roof and exterior sealants checked for gaps or cracking
• Tire pressure set to manufacturer specification
• Propane appliances inspected and lit where applicable
• Water system pressure tested and checked for leaks
• Wheel nut torque checked and set to specification
• Detailed written report with findings and recommendations

Summerize / Winterize

Seasonal preparation completed to manufacturer standard, whether your RV is heading into storage or back on the road.

• Winterize: drain water system, remove water heater drain plug, place water heater in bypass mode, fill lines with antifreeze
• Summerize: remove bypass, reinstall drain plug, flush antifreeze from system, ensure pump, city water connection, and faucets are flooded

Water Heater Service

• Anode rod and thermocouple inspection
• Burner, electrode, and module board check
• Pressure release valve test
• Complete operation inspection, including A/C element where applicable
• Burner assembly cleared of nests, insects, or webbing

Propane System Check

• Leak test on all connections and lines
• Regulator pressure test
• All appliances lit and verified
• Tanks inspected for damage or expiry date

Roof & Seal Maintenance

• Full roof inspection for cracking or separation
• Seams, vents, and skylights resealed as needed
• Window and slide-out seals checked

Battery & Electrical

• Battery load test and terminal cleaning
• Converter and charging system check
• Interior and exterior lighting diagnostics
